Arabic Summer Academy - Boston, MA
Four-week summer intensive for high school students, held at Charlestown High School. Fun, hands-on learning, field trips, meals included! Free to all BPS students!
Concordia Language Villages Al Waha - Bemidji, MN
Two-week (ages 8-18) and four-week high school credit options in July & August. Culturally-immersive program taught by instructors from Arabic-speaking countries and U.S., culturally immersive. *Scholarship information below.
Middlebury Arabic Language Academy - Poultney, VT
Four-week intensive for 8th-12th grade students in late June – late July. Immersive & intensive: commit to speaking Arabic 24/7 in this program! *Scholarship information below.
National Security Language Initiative for Youth - Jordan, Morocco, or Oman
A study abroad program (summer and full-year options) funded by the U.S. Department of State, in cooperation with American Councils for Education, with the goal of promoting critical language learning among American youth. Any student accepted receives a scholarship to cover all costs of travel and language study. NSLI-Y is highly reputed and a wonderful opportunity to have a life-changing experience abroad as a high school student!
Arabic Year at King's Academy - Jordan
A one-year Arabic study abroad program for high school students in grades 10-12 at a private boarding school in Jordan.

Qatar Foundation International (QFI), an organization that supports Arabic study at the K-12 level in public schools, supports our Arabic program at Boston Latin Academy in a variety of ways. QFI offers need-based and merit-based scholarships to students who wish to study Arabic over the summer.
